Reporting to-Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

To lead and enhance IPED's data strategy by designing performance indicators, analyzing trends in education development across Africa, and building capacity among institutional partners in evidence-based monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize performance metrics across Pan-African education programs
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategic planning
• Train national and regional partners in data collection, analysis, and KPI development
• Build interactive dashboards and reporting tools for IPED and member states
• Strengthen data governance and statistical quality assurance across programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data frameworks with regional education agendas
• Author technical reports and support institutional evaluations

 Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Education Planning, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education-related data analytics or M&E
• Strong command of tools like STATA, SPSS, R, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience designing KPIs and training diverse partner organizations
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of Africa’s education development landscape is preferred
• Language English/French
